LAS COMPETENCIAS GENÉRICAS TRANSVERSALES PARA INDUSTRIA 5.0 EN LOS PROGRAMAS DE INGENIERÍA

Resumen

El artículo realiza un análisis de las principales competencias genéricas necesarias en el desempeño profesional para la industria 5.0 a través de una revisión bibliográfica; las competencias identificadas como necesarias son: sustentabilidad, interacción con la tecnología, aprendizaje continuo y bienestar social. Se concluye que las instituciones de educación superior que ofrecen programas de ingeniería deben evaluar sus curriculums para incluir estas competencias como parte integral de los programas de estudio.
