En el Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo se realizó una revisión sistemática de literatura, para conocer las herramientas tecnológicas de actualidad, útiles en combatir el acoso escolar, ya sea desarrolladas o en proceso de desarrollo, con el fin de analizarlas, conocer sus ventajas, desventajas y así contar con información base, que permita realizar una guía de diseño con propuestas de soluciones de software de la industria 4.0.
